What's your return policy?
If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll take it back. Email us within 30 days, let us know what the
problem is, and we'll give you instructions for returning the item(s). This applies to gifts, too.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery depends on what shipping method you choose. Officially we ship within 3-5 days after you place
your order. Unofficially, we try to ship within a day. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Do you do gift-wrapping?
Each of products is packaged to make gift-giving easy, and reduce the need for "wrapping" to make things
seem special. We'll enclose a handwritten note card with your order. If you want to send a gift basket
that includes several items, email us and we'll put something together for you (and send you photos for
approval). We're working on a "gift box" page, but until it's finalized, we'll work with you via email until
you're satisfied your gift recipient will whoop with joy and think you're really thoughtful.
